LIFT is thrilled to announce the awardee of its inaugural annual award. On October 11, 2018, the membership met with Josh Miller and Sophia Danforth, the Executive Director and Board Chair, respectively, of the Janet S. Munt Family Room and presented an award in the amount of $16,000, which had grown to $16,500 by the next day with the addition of another contribution. Josh and Sophia (with a gregarious babe in arms) spoke to members about the services and community the Family Room provides. The event concluded with a tour of the center.
